MUZAFFARABAD: (Parliament Times) Black Day would be observed on Friday (today) in both parts of Kashmir against illegal and forcible occupation of state of Jammu and Kashmir by India.
Kashmirs in IHK, AJK and over the globe would hold protest demonstrations to mark the day. Protest rallies would also be held in all parts of the State. The central function in this connection would be held in state capital Muzaffarabad which would be presided over by Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan.
Leaders of APHC, all political and social organizations and people of all walks of life would participate in the Black Day.
A meeting to review the arrangements for Black Day was chaired by Secretary Kashmir Liberation Cell Mansoor Qadir Dar in Muzaffarabad on Thursday.
