Gas Department starts survey to make gas supplies possible in rural areas.
Rawalpindi: On the directive of Federal Minister for Petroleum Ghulam Sarwar Khan officials of the Sui Gas Department has started survey to make the gas supplies possible in the rural areas.
Following the survey, Sui Gas officials have decided to take necessary steps for the supply of gas to Union Councils Takht Pari, Kotla, Dhok Qazian, Mohra Hashu Khan, Jawa and other areas.
It is recalled that the previous government had given approval for the supply of gas to Union Council Takht Pari but due to non availability of funds work had not been taken up. Now on the advice of federal Minister for Petroleum Ghulam Sarwar Khan to ensure the supply of gas and following the provision of funds, Sui Gas officials have begun survey.
