ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) President Mian Shehbaz Sharif, who is currently under custody of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) was brought to the Parliament House in an armoured personnel carrier here on Wednesday.
The opposition leader was not allowed to talk to the media by NAB Authorities.
Number of PML-N workers gathered to welcome their leader outside the National Assembly and chanted slogans in his favour. The PMLN leader reciprocated the slogans with raising a Victory-sign and fist.
The NAB authorities didn’t allow Shehbaz Sharif to talk to his party workers the media as he was directly taken to the parking area of parliament house. Then the opposition leader was handed over to the security officials of parliament house.
The PML-N President requested the security sergeant at arms to let him meet with his companions who were waiting at the gate, but the security sergeant refused to let him meet. Upon which Shehbaz Sharif reportedly got infuriated and headed towards his chamber.
