Karachi: A Court of Judicial Magistrate East in Karachi has indicted Mutahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) leader Farooq Sattar in a case pertaining to violation of Loud-Speaker Act.
The Court of Judicial Magistrate East on Wednesday heard the case against the MQM-P leader and others. During the hearing the court indicated Farooq Sattar and others. However the accused pleaded not guilty before the court.
The Court while summoning witnesses on next hearing adjourned the case till October 17.
It’s worth mentioning here that on September 23rd the Judicial Magistrate East had sought file of the case pertaining to violation of Loud Speaker Act, from SSP Investigations and had adjourned the case till October 03.
