Karachi: An Accountability Court (AC) in Karachi has permitted Pakistan Peoples’ Party leader Dr. Asim Husain to travel abroad on accounts of medical treatment.
The AC on Tuesday heard a petition filed by Dr. Asim seeking permission to travel abroad for medical purposes. Doctor of the petitioner apprised the court that Dr. Asim was ailing.
The AC while accepting his plea permitted to travel abroad. According to the court verdict the petitioner can undergo medical treatment abroad from October 2 to Oct 30.
Earlier on the previous hearing the court had sought medical reports of Dr. Asim.
