Islamabad: In order to stop illegal constructions in the federal capital, a ban has been imposed on constructions in specific areas of the Capital under section 144 for two months.
According to media reports, citizens will not be allowed to raise constructions without obtaining permission from concerned authorities.
Assistant Commissioner Saad Bin Asad has imposed section 144 in different areas of Islamabad including I-11, IJP road and its adjoining areas under which citizens have been barred from doing any type of construction and in case of any violation, strict action will be taken under section 144.
However, the respective decision has been taken to bring to halt encroachments.
