Rawalpindi:(Parliament Times) In connection with Independence Day celebrations, Govt
Girls High School Arazi arranged a colorful ceremony to mark the day
with enthusiasm here on Tuesday. The ceremony was include flag
hoisting ceremony, national songs competition among students, speech
on Pakistan Movement and tableaus. The students were dressed in
Pakistani flags. The school was also decorated with Pakistani flags.
Addressing at the ceremony, Headmistress Fauzia Naheed said that role
of women in Pakistan Movement was unforgettable. Fatima Jinnah,
Begum Liaqat Ali Khan and other women took part in Pakistan
Movement.
