Karachi: The Sindh government has issued a notification banning public display of weapons across the province ahead of the July 25 polls.
According to a notification put out by the provincial home department, the ban will remain in effect till July 26.
As per the notification, no person will be allowed to carry any kind of weapons at or around polling stations on the Election Day.
It has been imposed to maintain law and order situation ahead of the coming general elections scheduled on July 25.
The law enforcement agencies will take strict action in case of any violation thereof, it warned
