China’s top military Commander to visit Pakistan to discuss defence ties

BEIJING: China’s Deputy Commander of Western military region, Major General Liu Xiaowu will soon visit Pakistan to discuss further strengthening of defence cooperation with military leadership.

This was stated by Chinese defence ministry spokesman, Wu Qian while speaking at monthly briefing in Beijing.

He also informed that Pakistan and India along with other Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states would participate in the “Peace Mission” joint military drill to be held in Russia in the latter half of this year.
