Lahore: Allah o Akbar Tehreek (AAT), backed by Milli Muslim League (MML), has issued tickets to 265 candidates in the whole country. Nomination papers of all the candidates have been accepted by returning officers. Tickets have been issued to 79 candidates of National assembly and 186 candidates of provisional assemblies. AAT has nominated one candidate for Islamabad national assembly seat. In Punjab, tickets have been issued to 54 candidates of national assembly and 125 candidates of provisional assembly. In Sindh, 11 candidates of national assembly and 35 candidates of provisional assembly, in KP 9 candidates of national assembly and 16 candidates of provisional assembly, and in Balochistan 4 candidates of national assembly and 10 candidates of provisional assembly have been issued tickets. Central offices of AAT in Lahore and Bahawalnagar are open 24 hours. A large number of independent candidates are contacting to get party tickets.
