Islamabad: An accountability court hearing the assets accumulation case against former finance minister Senator Ishaq Dar on Tuesday reserved its decision on the plea of nominated accused Saeed Ahmed Khan for to dismiss reference.
Judge Mohammad Bashir, who is presiding over the case has resumed the hearing of accuse Saeed Ahmed Khan plea of disposes of reference. During the hearing the accuse’s Counsel Hashmat Habib in his arguments stated that NAB had nominated Saeed Ahmed Khan an accuse in supplementary reference. He rejected all the allegations levelled on Saeed Ahmed Khan in the supplementary reference.
However, NAB prosecutor arguing that accuse Saeed Ahmed Khan foreign currency accounts had operated during 1997 to 2006. On this Hashmat Habib said stated the in 2016 Saaed Ahmed knew that some accounts had operated on his name.
NAB prosecutor alleged that Saeed Ahmed had opened the accounts on fake signatures through planning. Late the court reserved its decision on the plea of nominated accused Saeed Ahmed Khan for to dismiss reference as court likely to give judgement on this today Wednesday.
