Lahore: A condemnation resolution was moved in the Punjab Assembly against the throwing of shoe and ink on the former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif respectively.
According to details PML (N) member Punjab Assembly Hina Pervez Butt presented the condemnation resolution. The resolution mentioned that the house condemns the two incidents in the strongest .
It said that some powers are feared of the ever increasing popularity of Mian Nawaz Sharif and added that this way of protest is not suitable in the civilized society. It asserted that these incidents brought a bad name to Pakistan at the international level.
