Indian army deliberately targeting civilians on LoC: Minhas

Islamabad: (Parliament Times) Minister for Information, Tourism and IT Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas Azad Jammu and Kashmir has said that Indian armed forces are targeting innocent civilian population on LOC including passenger busses, school vans, children and women on Line of Control (LOC).

Talking to media representatives here on Monday, Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas lamented that Indian army have committed serious human rights and worst examples of state terrorism have been observed in Indian occupied Kashmir.

He said that Indian forces deliberately target innocent civilians; they are now recognized as forces of occupation and aggression.

Pak Army in response of ceasefire violations by Indian armed forces have never targeted any civilian as they consider themselves as their brethren living on the other side of LOC. He, however, stated that their target is always Indian occupied forces installations.

“People living on LOC and working boundary on both sides considers Pak Army as their defenders” Mushtaq Minhas added.

Minister for Information AJK demanded the United Nations Security Council including the European Union to take immediate notice on the massacres of innocent civilians by the Indian armed forces in occupied Kashmir besides LOC.

He voiced that the only solution of Kashmir dispute are the resolution of UNCIP and they need to be implemented, “The international community especially UN must have to play its role in the process of executing its resolutions” he reiterated.
