University of Agriculture Faisalabad declared 88th best Asian University

FAISALABAD: Times Higher Education Asia University Ranking 2018 has declared University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF) 88th best Asian University on the basis of its subject Agriculture and Forestry while in Asian Universities overall category , it is standing at 251 position. The Times Higher Education World Universities Ranking has placed UAF at 802nd position across the globe while in the field of Agriculture and Forestry, it has gained the 160th position worldwide. Five universities from Pakistan participated in agriculture and forestry category in which UAF is at the top in research. The Asia University Ranking used 13 performance indicators to provide the most comprehensive and balanced comparisons. The performance indicators are grouped into five years: Teaching (25%), Research (30%), International look (7.5%) and Industry income (7.5%).
