“Kashmiris are indebted for Pakistan’s inclusive support to K-cause: Zaffar Akbar Bhatt”

Islamabad: (Parliament Times) Terming Kashmir as corner stone of Pakistan’s foreign policy the Minister of Religious Affairs Sardar Yousuf has said that the state of Pakistan will leave no stone unturned to support Kashmiris’ just and legitimate struggle for right to self determination.

The federal minister for religious affairs made these remarks while talking to JKMM chairman Zaffar Akbar Bhat who is currently on weeklong private visit to Pakistan. Sardar Yousuf who visited the residence of JKSM deputy chairman Altaf Ahmed Bhat here on Tuesday said,”PML-N Government had raised Kashmir issue at all regional and global and will continue its all out political, moral and diplomatic support to Kashmir cause”.

He emphasized that though international and regional political dynamics had changed because political landscape of south Asian has correlation with Indo-Pakistan relations but Islamabad kept Kashmir issue at priority, even in every odd hour of geo-political compulsions. He paid rich tribute to Kashmiris, who showed their resolve while rendering huge sacrifices for just cause.

Sardar Yousuf said, “Kashmir is the top priority of foreign policy of Pakistan and we will keep raising Kashmir issue at all available forums. He said that the dream of peace in South Asia would remain elusive unless Kashmir dispute is resolved in accordance with the Kashmiris’ aspirations.

Speaking on the occasion Zaffar Akber thanked Pakistani nation for showing solidarity with the people of Kashmir. He said, “Pakistan is not only party but a legitimate stakeholder to the dispute”. Akbar stressed the need for proactive policy on the part of government of Pakistan to bring Kashmir at global radar to garner global support.
