“Won’t allow every Tom, Dick and Harry to issue decrees against others”
Bagh: (Parliament Times) AJK Information Minister Raja Mushtaq Minhas and AJK Minister for Forests Sardar Mir Akbar Khan on Thursday said that people of liberated territory (AJK) will accord historic welcome to PML-N president and former Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Nawaz Sharif on his forthcoming visit to Muzaffarabad.
In a joint statement the duo said that a large number of PML-N workers hailing from district Bagh will attend the Kashmir solidarity rally on 5th February to welcome their beloved leader who they said had visited Azad Kashmir 21 times during his term as the prime minister of Pakistan. “The former primer’s frequent visits to liberated territory speak volumes about his unconditional love for the people of Kashmir”, they said adding that people of district Bagh will accord warm welcome to PML-N chief near Kohala Bridge that connects Azad Kashmir with Pakistan. They said that party workers will bear all the expenses for this public gathering being held in capital city Muzaffarabad on the occasion of Kashmir solidarity day.
Referring to PPP leader Qamar Zaman’s recent tirade against PML-N leader they said that the PML-N government was not so weak that it will allow every Tom, Dick and Harry to issue decrees against others. “Qamar Zaman himself has never been to mosque, how come he knows others, our meekness and modesty should not be misconstrued as weakness”, the statement said adding that PML-N knows how to handle ‘rouge’ elements. They said that Women University Bagh is nobody’s personal estate and nobody, whosoever, can stop anyone to visit the faculty. Warning Zaman to desist from unethical moves they said that the PPP leader was hell bent on to vitiate the political atmosphere in the region.
