Islamabad: (Parliament Times) Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir (PM AJK) Raja Mohammad Farooq Haider Khan has greeted the masses new year (2018) with expectations from the international community that they will take notice of worst violations of human rights in Indian occupied Kashmir besides massacre and brutally killing of women and children.
While giving an interview to a private TV channel on new year eve here on Sunday, PM AJK stated that people in occupied Kashmir have given alot of sacrifices for their liberation.
Terming the freedom movement of Kashmir subjected to Pakistan’s stability, Prime Minister uttered that political stability in Pakistan encourages the moral and diplomat support for Kashmir freedom of movement.
“Pakistan’s political forces ought to pledge on the new year’s occasion that they will not expand the differences and join hands together for national interest; at least on national issues, there should be given message of solidarity and unity ” PM AJK opined.
Prime Minister hoped that occupied Kashmiri will get their basic right of self determination according to the United Nations resolutions before long.
Prime Minister Azad Kashmir said that Pakistan is our advocate on international forum and Kashmiri always desire to see Pakistan politically and economically stable.
Meanwhile, Member of the Legislative Assembly Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Abdul Qayyum Khan, met Prime Minister on the same day and apprised the PM about problems of victims of Kohala Power Project.
PM AJK assured that the government will play its role on every level as Kashmiri have sacrificed their land to light up Pakistan and their problems will definitly be addressed soon.
Raja Abdul Qayyum Khan also briefed thePrime Minister about the measures taken by the working companies and management agencies on public reservations, on which the Prime Minister directed the the concerned departments to solve all the issues of masses on priority basis
