Lahore: On directives of Federal Railway Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique Pakistan Railway has announced 25 percent discount on lower Ac class and 50 percent discount on economy class along with online booking facility for senior citizens above 65 years age.
According to media reports, senior citizens are not required to visit office or railway station to obtain railway ticket at discount and they can now travel by booking their seats at subsidized fare while sitting at their homes.
