Police registers case against accuse involved in girl torture.

Islamabad : Aabpara police has registered a case against an accused involved in the torture on girl.
Upon the order of the court after house to house search instead of arresting the influential accused, police have forced the petitioner to frequently visit the police station.
The accused could not be arrested as yet.
According to details the Aabpara police on the order of the court has at last registered a case against the influential culprits after the lapse of one month. Police has not initiated any action or raids against the accused. The petitioner Mohammad Nazir son of Haji Mohammad Khan told the police that on November 2, 2017 Fahid Yaseen notorious youth with his two unknown accomplices intruded in his house and tortured his daughter and tear down his clothes. In the meantime his son and sister tried to save their sister the accused also severely tortured them and inflected injuries. They ruined the household goods and damaged the central gate of the house. The petitioner told the police before this incident they had also severely tortured the family. He prayed to register a case against the accused for torture and violation of privacy and sanctity of the house. On the other hand the influential culprits have prevented Aabpara police for a month to register a case against them. However the petitioner moved the court as the police was not impartial. Consequently the court ordered Aabpara police to register FIR against the culprits and initiate further necessary action. Police on December 6 registered a case and no action has been taken yet while the petitioner has been visiting police station constantly.
The investigation officer ASI Zulfikar Ali contention was that due to inquiry the registration of the case has been delayed, investigation process is on and culprits will soon be arrested.
