Govt. baffled over PPP’s decision to celebrate Golden Jubilee event: Azadar Shah

Islamabad: (Parliament Times) The deputy secretary Information Pakistan Peoples Party (Kashmir chapter) Syed Azadar Shah has said that baffled over the PPP’s golden Jubilee procession scheduled to be held on 5 December government was trying to create hurdles against the celebration of golden jubilee of the PPP’s founding day.

Talking to journalists here on Wednesday Shah said that despite creating hurdles government can’t stop PPP from celebrating the historic event. Urging the party activist to continue their preparations in the light of the directions issued by the PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s Shah said that given the passion and spirit of workers government tactics were bound to fail. He said that the PPP leadership has already sought permission from Islamabad administration vis-à-vis holding of the event. He said that it was quite unfortunate that the banners and flags of the party were removed along the main high-way, which he said was highly condemnable.

It may be recalled that a huge public meeting to observe PPP Foundation Day has been scheduled at Parade Ground in Islamabad on December 5, 2017 where PPP workers from all over the country have also been invited to attend.
