Islamabad : An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad while issuing non-bailable arrest warrants of a witness nominated in Mumbai Attack case and residing in America adjourned the hearing till December 6.
Before the course of hearing, foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua appeared in Chamber and informed honorable judge about the progress made in the report pertaining appearance of 27 Indian witnesses while saying that a meeting is likely to be expected about appearance of these 27 Indian witnesses after that there will be an advancement in the report pertaining appearance of Indian witnesses.
ATC Judge Justice Shahrukh Arjamand took up the case for hearing on Wednesday.
During the course of hearing, a Patwari, Abdul Sammad hailed from Khairpur Thatta while recording his testimony before court said that two suspects Riaz and Asad property record was burnt during catastrophe occurred after Benazir Bhutto murder case and their property was in the village of Ali Nawaz Shah.
However court while issuing non-bailable arrest warrants for another witness Nazar Sharif resided in America adjourned the hearing till December 6.
It is vital to mention here that Pakistan was accused of carrying out attacks in Indian city Mumbai and now India is using different delaying tactics about appearance of different witnesses.
