Islamabad: Supreme Court has constituted six benches to hear the cases during the week starting from Monday (today).
Bench number one will comprise of three judges headed by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar, Justice Umer Atta Bandial and Justice Faisal Arab. It would function as two member for one day while it would comprise of three members during the rest of days of a week.
Bench number one will be headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar and consist of Justice Omar Ata Bandial and Justice Faisal Arab.
Bench number two would be headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and consists of Justice Dost Mohammad Khan and Justice Muzahar Alam Miankhel.
Bench number three would be headed by Justice Aijaz Afzal Khan and consist of Justice Maqbool Baqar. Similarly, bench number four would consists of Justice Azmat Saeed and Justice Aijazul Hassan.
Bench number five will consist of Justice Alam and Justice Qazi Feiz Essa while bench number 6 of apex court would comprise of Justice Manzoor Ahmed Malik and Justice Tariq Masood Khan.
The benches of apex court would hear the case including missing persons, Margallah Suo motu and petition filed by NAB for reopening of Hudabia Papers Mills during the current judicial week.
The benches would also hear the cases of meters guarantee and murder cases during the week.
