Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) A Divisional Naat Competition was arranged by Rawalpindi Arts Council ( RAC). Participants from Attock, Texlla, Jehlum, Hazro, Sohawa, Murree and Jand participated in the Competition.
Mrs. Lubna Rehan Pirzada Member Punjab Assembly distributed shields amongst the winners. She said that the sayings of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) high lighting the real path of the Islamic society. She said Islam gives us the message of peace and brotherhood.
Famous poet Nasim-e-Sehre, Hafiz Noor Ahmed and Ishaq Saqi was the judges of the competition. According to the decision of the judges, in up to fifteen age category (Boys) Sharyar Nasir got first position, second Zishan Fiyyaz and Awais Nisar got third position while in category up to twenty five years age in girls, Fatima Mansoor and liaba Mahnoor got first, Isha Mansoor got second and Aniqa Usman got third position. In the category up to twenty five years age Sundas Hassan from Murree got first position, Binish Mustafa, Govt. Degree College for women F Block and Aqsa Fatima Kohsar Homopathic College Rawalpindi got Second and Kashmala Sati got third position while Hassan Abbas First, Sheroz Ali Second and Fida Mustafa got third position.
