KARACHI: Police is reported to have foiled a major bid of drug smuggling and seized over 5 tonnes of drugs in Manghopur area.
According to media reports Police conducted a raid near Northern bypass in Manghopir area on the night between Monday and Tuesday and recovered over 5 tonnes drugs costing million of rupees from a mini truck.
Drugs was filled in 274 cartons placed in mini truck which was being smuggled to Karachi. Recovered drugs is said to be valuing Rs 200 million.
