Muzaffarabad: Terming India’s dialogue offer to Kashmiris as a conspiracy to undermine ongoing freedom movement in IHK, Uzair Ahmed Ghazali has said that on one hand India talks about dialogue while on the other it has tasked NIA to demonize resistance leadership and terrorizing their families.

“Before initiating dialogue India should first recognize Jammu and Kashmir as a disputed territory”, Ghazali said while addressing a protest rally here on Monday, which was attended by people hailing from different walks of life. He was of the view that if India is serious in settling the problem of Kashmir, it should accept Kashmir as a dispute, initiate a dialogue with all stakeholders and pave a way for the resolution of the lingering dispute in accordance with the UN resolutions and as per the wishes of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

Terming appointment of former IB director Dinyaesh Sharma as a joke he said, “India is in a futile attempt to sabotage our sacrifices and struggle”.
Denouncing NIA raid and arrest of United Jihad Council chief Syed Saladuddin’s son he said that it amply demonstrates the Indian government’s hostile attitude towards Kashmiris. “The women are being harassed by the military force and the violation of human rights continues unabated.” Ghazali said adding that Kashmiris were demanding full independence from India.
