Islamabad: The ministry of interior took notice of torturing detainees with electric shocks in Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and sought report from the federal police in this regard.
In line with sources of Interior Ministery, it has been revealed in the application written by the Sher Khan S/o Allah Dita to the interior ministry and the high officials of the police that detainees are given electric shocks by interrogators during investigation.
Upon which the interior ministry expressed concern and sought report regarding the methods of interrogation in the CIA.
