IESCO committed to provide excellent services to customers

Islamabad: (PR) IESCO Chief Basit Zaman Ahmed has said that IESCO is committed to provide excellent services to customers and directed all field officers and staff that new electricity connections may be provided on priority basis and delay/excuses will not be tolerated and action will be taken against concerned.

According to IESCO spokesperson, IESCO chief said material required for new connections are available in stores and have also been provided to field offices, so delay regarding new connections or change of defective meters on account of meters non availability is a question mark.
He said field officers and staff should work without any pressure/black mailing by any one. My office is always open for valued customers as well as for IESCO officers. It’s our official as well as moral duty to work for rights of IESCO customers and for IESCO workers.

IESCO chief appealed to valued customers that if they are facing problems/delay in getting new connections or change of defective meter with excuse of meters shortage, non availability of cable, please forward complaint to concern SE/XEN/SDO or forward mail on [email protected] for quick rectification of complaints.
