KOTLI:(Parliament Times) Acting Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir (PM AJK) Raja Nasir Ahmad Khan has said government is implementing party manifesto and highlighting Kashmir Issue and working for development, Good governance and promotion of merit. He added that the Government has worked hard so far to serve the people by working day and night.
While praising the efforts of President, Acting PM said, “Struggle for Kashmir freedom of movement is continued vigorously; President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan is an intelligent diplomat in this regard. He dynamically highlighted Kashmir issue on international forums.”
He said,” PM AJK Raja Farooq Haider Khan is highlighting Kashmir issue on different international forums besides European Parliament; former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and present PM Pakistan Shahid Khaqaan Abbasi bluntly adopt the stance in favor of Kashmir in United Nations general assembly session which has astound India.”
Acting PM said that we have taken some measures to make presence of doctors possible in all Basic Health Units (BHU) near Line of Control, health department will bear all expenses in case the wounded would be referred to District Health Units (DHU).
He said that poor patients are receiving medicines free of cost after the implementation of free emergency services. The compensation for the victims of the control line is being paid timely; we are serving the nation despite of limited resources.
Raja Nisar Ahmed Khan made these assertions while talking to Minister of the State Farooq Sikander along with different media correspondents. Information Officer Sardar Muhammad Akmal Khan, President Press Club Kotli Zahid Asif Sultan were also present.
He said that we have taken practical steps to enforce the merit, by which the educated son of the poor becomes successful in bringing employment today.
Due to the provision of funds in all the constituencies, as per Prime Minister Community Infrastructure Development Program (PMCIDP), all the constituencies have been constructed with innovative techniques.
He said that former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has opened the path of development by providing the double budget.
Acting Prime Minister Raja Nasir Ahmad Khan also criticized the opposition, he said, “the PPP’s government in the previous tenure made promises but did not work; all appointments were made without transparency.”
