Islamabad: According to IESCO Spokesman, Chief Executive, Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Friday said that we are committed to provide best customer services to our valued customers. To provide all the services under single roof more customer services centers are being established in all circles in addition to already established customers centers.
IESCO chief said that he has given instruction to all field officers and staff that customer complaint may resolve on top priority and there will no compromise on it.
IESCO Chief said that we are introducing new technologies in IESCO region like mobile meter reading, Net Metering and Advance Metering Infrastructure project (AMI) etc which are beneficial for customers.
He said that if customers have any complaint regarding electricity failure etc they can call on 118 IESCO Helpline, 051-9253206-08 IESCO Compliant and Monitoring Cell or can SMS on IESCO Roshni SMS Services 8398.
