MUZAFFARABAD: The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Raja Mohammad Farooq Haider Khan has demanded that the Security Council meeting should be called against India’s move to target the minorities. India is committing worst human rights violations in the region. He was addressing a function held under the auspices of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell and Special Communications Organisation (SCO)here on Thursday.
The Prime Minister said India is becoming a threat to the peace of the region. He said that Uttar Pradesh is being massacre by making a separate ministry in the name of “Gao Raqsha” in India. The function was attended by Ms. Nuren Arif, Minister for Social Welfare,minister for Education Barrister Iftikhar Gilani, Member Assembly Dr. Mustafa Bashir Abbasi, Sector commander SCO Colonel Maqbol Ahmed. “Unfortunately, our society has been divided for the last few years.”
No one is ready to listen the argument.Our enemy has chosen a very sensitive time to destabilize us, it wants to see the division of the nation, fortunately nation and Pak Army is united against any threat of the enemy,” the Prime Minister said. He said,Currently, 500,000 people are settled on Line of Control, coward Indian Army is targeting the civilians and trying to push them, but the enemy will never succeed .
The army’s morale is associated with the back of the masses.People living on the line of control are with Pak Army for the defence of the country,he added.
He said Kashmiris are standing behind the brave forces of Pakistan with full force.
He said that overseas Kashmiri will hold protest against Modi’s arrival in the meeting of the Security Council in September. He further said Kashmir’s independence is actually the fulfillment of the ideology of Pakistan.
The artists from Pakistan also performed on the occasion.
Later,Prime Minister Azad Kashmir gave shields to the artists while Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell Idris Abbasi, Sector Commander SCO Col. Col. Ahmed presented the shield to Prime Minister.
