Indian Soldier Injured In Attack On Army Camp

Srinagar, An Indian soldier was injured in an attack by unknown gunmen on an army camp in Kupwara district. of Indian held Kashmir.According to KMS, unidentified gunmen attacked the army camp in Kalaroos area of the district late Friday night. One soldier was wounded in the attack.Soon after the attack, the troops launched a massive siege and search operation in the area to nab the attackers.
Meanwhile, Indian troops have launched a cordon and search operation in Trichal area of Pulwama district, causing huge inconvenience to the people. Youth took to the streets to protest against the operation. Indian forces’ personnel fired teargas shells to disperse the protesters, triggering clashes between the demonstrators and the troops.
