Bhimber: (Parliament Times) Reiterating his pledge to raise the Kashmir cause at international level, the president of Thereek-e-Insaf Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chudhary has said India on one hand was let loose rein of terror in occupied Kashmir while on the other its forces were targeting innocent and unarmed civilians across the line of control.
The PTI president said this while addressing a public gathering at Bhimber in Azad Kashmir on Friday. Barrister Chudhary said that during his recent visit to America and other European countries was aimed at unveiling India’s fascist face before the world. He claimed that his Kashmir awareness campaign abroad has forced Indian government to adopt a defensive position at international level. “I want to make it clear to India that as long as I’m alive I shall continue my struggle to promote Kashmir cause besides unveiling Indian atrocities at international levelâ€, Barrister said.
Referring to the prevailing political situation in the country, the PTI president said that Panama Leaks Case has become a fish bone in Nawaz Sharif’s throat saying that neither he could eject nor swallow it. “Sharif’s time is over now and he will have to face the consequences very soonâ€, he said.
Accusing Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif of betraying Kashmiris’ cause, Barrister Chudhary observed that Sharif has befriended the Indian Prime Minister Narender Modi whose hands were soaked with the blood of innocent Kashmiris. In a direct reference to PM Sharif the PTI president said that Modi’s friend was actually paving a way for division of Kashmir.
He said that innocent people were being killed at LoC and it was quite astonishing to see that the PM has maintained complete silence over the issue. He said that history bears witness to the fact that whosoever betrayed Kashmiris had to faced dire consequences. Regarding Indian involvement in terror activities in Pakistan and no mention of Kashmir in recent Islamic Summit in Saudi Arab he said that it was utter failure of incumbent regime’s foreign policy.
