“Our mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, hell of heaven.” Imagine two friends who invested same amount for same type of business and faced financial crisis. One is pessimist and thinks ” I am such a bad manager, I always plan poorly, I can’t do anything right” . Other is optimist  and thinks ” I didn’t plan things properly, I tend to plan and manage well next time. Both men are exhibiting different attitude towards their efficiency and skills. Their these explanatory styles reflect three attributes that a person form about any event. They can observe this situation as external, internal, stable,  and unstable. Here problem is to adapt a suitable attitude towards  situation. But commonly majority of people are pessimists in our society, and they tend to view problems are internal( think that everything is happening because of them), unchangeable and pervasive.  In our society all sectors have such kind of people who have been linked with depression, stress, and anxiety just because of their pessimistic approach. A pessimistic sees the difficulty in every opportunity. In our most organizations, schools and other different sectors, we are doing nothing to discourage pessimistic approach and to promot optimistic attitude. If we talk about optimism, it is a trait that should become more common as optimism reacts to problems with sense of confidence and high personal ability. Optimistic people believe that negative events are temporary , limited in scope, instead of pervading every aspect of person’s life and everything is manageable. People with positive approach are able to recover from disappointment more quickly by attending positive outcome to self-efficiency, optimism, happiness all positively correlated mindfulness to one and other in greater extent, than negative one. These people more likely to engage in problems solving when face with difficulties , with itself associated with increased psychological well being. For better outcomes optimism is a powerful tool in our repertoire to keep us balanced, healthy, Happy, motivated and alive.  Optimism has been shown to serve a protective factor against depression, as well as a number of other serious medical problems. Optimistic mothers even deliver healthier babies, optimistic teachers lead brilliant, motivated and skillful students, and train their minds to become aware of their thoughts, to anticipate happiness, health, success in all circumstances , to voluntarily admit thoughts, words,images, conducive to positive results, to use circumstances that will positively impact. It’s the requirement of time, every individual live in Pakistan should be optimist, not pessimist as  coutless studies have been conducted on optimism and vast majority of them support that, optimists live longer, have better functioning immune system, cope better with difficult circumstances. Its improves the way, how we interact with people. If people perceive you as a negative person,they tend to get tired of dealing with you after awhile. But if you are  positive person with optimistic approach ,you come off in a more positive light and you are a joy to talk to and work with and be with definitely.
