Islamabad: (Parliament Times)  AJK President Sardar Muhammad Masood Khan has urged national print and electronic media to allocate print space and air time for freedom struggle of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The president said this during his meeting with Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Maryam Aurangzeb who called on him here on the other day. The President also took up the matter of up-gradation of AJK TV and Radio and said main stream print media should publish special editions and electronic media increase air time for highlighting the atrocities being committed by Indian forces in held valley so that people of Pakistan and outside world should know what is happening in Kashmir.
He said that our national media played an important role in exposing Indian claim of surgical strikes and Indian atrocities against innocent of Occupied Kashmir after July. But we expect more from our media outlets to do in effectively countering biased Indian media, he emphasized.

Sardar Masood said that Kashmiris are struggling to liberate their motherland and complete  Pakistan as envisioned by father of nation and they buried their dead enwrapped in the flag of Pakistan to show their emotional attachment with Pakistan.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Maryam Aurangzeb said Kashmir is jugular vein of Pakistan and the country is incomplete both geographically and ideologically without Kashmir. She assured the president that government will take necessary measures for upgradation of Azad Kashmir Radio Muzaffarabad besides increasing air time of AJK Television for highlighting Kashmiri peoples’ struggle for their right to self determination.
