Boxer Amir Khan’s wife Faryal critical of in-laws, claims she faced domestic abuse

The wife of international boxing star Amir Khan, Faryal Makhdoom spoke out against her in-laws on Tuesday, claiming she faced ‘bullying’ and ‘abuse’ at their hands after marriage.

Faryal took to Snapchat and vented out her frustration at being subjected to domestic abuse by her mother-in-law and sister-in-law.

“Don’t get your sons married if you’re going to abuse and bully the wife. I’ve always been so quiet but seriously, this message is for everyone! When you bring someone’s daughter — treat her as your own. Your son will be much happier and so will you,” she wrote in a post.

“My husband has done far more than any son has done. And far more than any brother has done. But why is he treated so bad? Jealousy? Hatred for his wife? That’s disgusting,” she continued.

“When you force your son to divorce his wife, when she’s nine months pregnant!!! And your son doesn’t…and he sticks besides his wife. He’s called a p**sy? Ok, I’m guessing Islam teaches us to get married and divorce our wives and treat them bad???”

“What about when you sisters-in-law come to hit you when your husband is not home and still you don’t raise your hand out of respect for your husband! Then they think it’s okay to bully you in public and call you BAD! Get the f**k out of here,” she raged on.

“Let me stop. God is my witness and that’s why I’m living a great life with my husband and beautiful daughter. free of jealousy and hatred of anyone — that’s too much energy wasted on a bunch of lame online bullies!”

“Khan family is definitely respected. And that’s because of AMIR KHAN, not a bunch of robbing, selfish, unappreciated PEOPLE!”

“I worked my *ss off on a catwalk from 7am till 12am at night. My husband is a multi-millionaire but still work and do my own as I can never touch his BLOOD money, when I have a right too! And then I get hating evil sister-in-laws shi**ing on me?”

Faryal finished with “Everything I do is for my daughter LAMISAH. I would never put money over my child.”

Faryal’s posts went viral in no time, as fans reacted to her shocking claims. She then thanked the people for supporting her.

British-Pakistani boxer Amir Khan married Faryal Makhdoom, a Pakistani-American model, make-up artist and lifestyle coach in 2013. Their first child, a daughter named Lamaisah, was born in 2014.
