Muzaffarabad:Â (Parliament Times) Â The AJK Information Minister Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas has highly appreciated Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for announcing a special package for the affectees of Indian firing at Line of Control.
Talking to journalist here on Friday, he said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has won heart and mind of AJK people by approving over 100 million package for compensation of the losses caused by Indian shelling at Line of Control. appealed the newly elected US President Donal Trump to take notice of genocide of people of India-held Kashmir.  He said that generous help extended to the people of Azad Kashmir is proof of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s special affection to the people of Azad Kashmir
The Information Minister appealed the newly elected US President Donal Trump to take notice of genocide of people of India-held Kashmir and said US being sole global power should play its role for preventing Indian atrocities and human rights abuses in IHK. He termed the offer of Donald Trump to resolve the conflicting issues between India and Pakistan as a welcoming gesture. “Kashmir issue is an unfinished agenda of partition of subcontinent. Durable peace is a distant dream without resolving it†he added.
Mushtaq was of the opinion that overwhelming success of PML-N in AJK in the general elections was manifestation of confidence people reposed in the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. He also lauded the role played by the Pakistani Premier for highlighting the Kashmir issue aggressively at international forums.
