Muzaffarabad: (Parliament Times) AJK Minister for Information Mushtaq Minas has said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif gave a best substitute of General Raheel Sharif by choosing competent and professional general Qamar Javed Bajwa as Chief of Army Staff.
In a message here on Monday, he congratulated General Bajwa and said nation has got best commander with his appointment as COAS. He also congratulated Gen. Zubair Mahmood Hayat on becoming Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee. Mushtaq Minas expressed his hope that Gen Qmmar Javed Baja will come up to the expectations of the nation by utilizing all his abilities and professional expertise being faced by the country. He said that nation needs a complete unity keeping in view internal and external threats and Indian nefaious designs against Pakistan. The minister also expressed his hope that operation Zarb-e- Azab will continue under the leadership of Army Chief Gen. Qammar Javed Bajwa to get of terrorist in the country. Mushtaq Minas also paid rich tributes to former Army Chief Gen. Raheel Sharif for his meritorious services for the country.
Meanwhile a public delegation from Bangran village comprising Sardar Khurshid Chughtai, Sardar Nadeem, Engineer Abid Aziz and Yasir Khurshid called on Information Minister and apprised him about problems being faced the people of the area. The Minister assured the delegation to visit Bangran area and to take measures for the early completion of the development projects. The delegation expressed profound gratitude to the minister for providing medical officers in BHU Malot.
