AJK PM strongly condemns India for targeting passenger bus at LoC


Muzaffarabad:(Parliament Times) The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has strongly condemned the unprovoked shelling by Indian forces from across the Line of Control and targeting a passenger bus in Neelum Valley of Azad Kashmir on Wednesday.

He said Indian shelling in Neelum Valley resulted into killing of four passengers and injuring seven others is hoghly provocative act by Indian forces. The prime Minister prayer for the martyrs and expressed his deep sympathies with the families of victims. He said that Indian cannot demoralize the people of Jammu and Kashmir struggling for freedom from India through such cowardice acts. Warning India to be refrained from such disgusting acts, he said that armed forces of Pakistan responding Indian shelling in appropriate manners.

The AJK Prime Minister called upon the UNO, OIC and human rights organization to take serious notice of Indian unprovoked firing on civilians at LOC and working boundary. He demanded international community to put pressure on India to stop the shelling on the civilians, in a press statement issued on Wednesday Farooq Haider said that people and government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir fully stand with the Pak armed forces to foil the nefarious designs of India.

The AJK Prime Minister directed the concerned to provide all possible medical treatments to wounded persons and also directed the district administration to provide relief to the affected people on emergency basis. Meanwhile delegation of businessmen from Qatar called on Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan and expressed their keen interest to invest in tourism, hydropower generation, skill development and human development sectors.
