Srinagar: In occupied Kashmir, thousands of people participated in the funeral procession of an elderly man, who succumbed to his injuries at a hospital in Srinagar, today.
The funeral of 75-year old Ghulam Mohammad Khan was offered at Elahi Bagh in Srinagar. He was hit by a teargas shell fired by Indian forces in Srinagar on November 2. People chanted pro-freedom and anti-India slogans on the occasion. Pakistani flag was also hoisted on the occasion. Clashes between mourners and Indian forces also took place on the occasion. With his death, the civilian toll at the hands of Indian forces has gone up to 114 during the past over four months of uprising. »
