Islamabad:(Parliament Times)(By Javed Iqbal) President of Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK)Â Sardar Muhammad Masood Khan has urged need toÂ initiate campaign against mass blinding in OccupiedÂ Kashmir by Indian forces at national and internationalÂ level to make India accountable for such heinousÂ crimes.Â While talking to the editors of print media belong toÂ Rawalpindi and Islamabad, he rejected the concept thatÂ Kashmir dispute was a bilateral issue and said it hadÂ become an international issue. He said bilateralÂ dialogue with India would not be fruitful it was beingÂ governed by the Hindu extremists. The dialogue withÂ India, he said, should be held purely on Kashmir issue.Â He added that Simla Agreement did no effectÂ international status of Kashmir issue because KashmirÂ was decades long old dispute on the agenda of UNâ€™sÂ Security Council and still unresolved. â€˜â€˜We should stayÂ resolved on over principal stand regarding KashmirÂ issue and should not present any option or suggestionÂ but if India will give any option than it can beÂ deliberatedâ€™â€™, he added.Â He lauded PM Nawaz step to send special envoys onÂ Kashmir in different countries. He condemned grossÂ human rights violation in occupied Kashmir by IndianÂ forces and use of pellet guns against innocent andÂ defenceless Kashmiris. â€˜Large number of youthÂ including boys and girls has lost their eyesight due toÂ use of pellet guns by Indian forces. He asked nationalÂ and stateâ€™s media to help and highlight grave humanÂ rights violations in IHK by showing Indian brutalities toÂ world so that campaign against India could be madeÂ effective.Â He gave detailed briefing on prevailing situation inÂ occupied Kashmir after the martyrdom of youngÂ freedom fighter Burhan Wani. He said KashmiriÂ leadership was not oblivious to his responsibility onÂ highlighting Kashmir cause and it was engaged withÂ local and International level.
