India deprives Kashmiri children from right to education: AJK Minister

Muzaffarabad: (Parliament Times) The AJK Minister for Education Barrister Syed Iftikhar Ali Gillani has said that Indian forces by burning schools building in Occupied Kashmir are trying to deprive Kashmiri children from their fundamental right of education.

Talking to various public delegations that called on him in Muzaffarabad on Tuesday he said that thousands of students of various educational institutions are under arrest in held valley and majority of children cannot not attend their schools because of the continues curfew across the valley.

Barrister Iftikhar Gillani said that use of brutal force on students is a worst kind of state terrorism which has been done by the Indian authorities in Kashmir. He lauded the matchless sacrifices of Kashmiris including women, children, youth and elderly people for their inalienable right to self determination.

The minister further said that civilized world and champions of the human and child rights should take serious notice of the situation and plight of the children in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
