Muzaffarabad: AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has asked the international community to take notice of unprovoked shelling from across the Line of Control on civilian population in AJK.
He was talking to media after laying floral wreath at the mazar of Chaudhry Shahzaz who was martyred at Nakeyal sector while defending frontiers of his motherland at LoC. He said escalation at LoC would continue until Kashmir issue was resolved in accordance with UN resolutions.
He said India security forces are engaged in horrendous atrocities and human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir which should be stopped by the world powers.
The Prime Minister said India could neither suppress Kashmiris through tyrannical measures nor discourage people living near LoC in AJK with ruthless and unprovoked shelling. He said morale of Kashmiris is high and they would not not be bullied by the cruelties of brute Indian forces. He said Kashmiris are offering unprecedented sacrifices to free their motherland from Indian clutches.
The AJK Prime Minister said some elements are engaged in creating lawlessness and anarchy in the country who would not be succeeded in their efforts. The Prime Minister reiterated that strong, stable and prosperous Pakistan is greater guarantee of Kashmir liberation struggle.
Meanwhile Prime Minister took serious exception of the performance of Price Control Committee and directed officials concerned to ensure quality of the daily use items in the market that fair prices are being charged from the consumers. He specially took notice of quality and prices of liquid milk, wheat staple and LPG Gas cylinders. He also directed illegal parking at public places, encroachments and the problems relating to water drainage.

Muzaffarabad: AJK Minister for Education Barrister Iftikhar Ali Geelani has said politics of agitation is aimed at to stop the development and destroy emerging economy of the country. He said India on one hand is engaged in creating a war like situation at LoC and working boundary and Imran Khan on the other hand is helping Modi to achieve his ulterior motives by creating uncertainty and instability in the country.
Talking to various delegations in his office, the minister appealed to the political leadership to resolve their differences through the constitutional means instead of taking the roads to settle their scores. He said critical situation at LoC and on our eastern borders require political maturity and unity among the political parties and the nation as a whole. He said that economically and democratic Pakistan is sole guaranty to the early success of Kashmir liberation movement. He said political chaos and disunity will only help Modi to implement his nefarious designs. Saying that Pakistan under the dynamic leadership of Prime minister Nawaz Sharif is taking quantum lead towards economic prosperity, the minister urged the opposition parties in Pakistan to join hand with the government to take the country out of energy crisis, smooth implementation of CPEC and the other vital development initiatives.
