Muzaffarabad: AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has said on Monday that those who value anything more than the freedom they ultimately lose the freedom. Addressing the Kashmir Conference organized by Azad Jammu and Kashmir University, he said freedom gave a lot to the people of Azad Kashmir and they should value the freedom and be prepared to give every sacrifice to protect it.
He said those among us say freedom brought nothing to us should bear in mind that there were few kilometers roads, one college and a couple of schools in 1947, now we have five universities, three medical colleges, thousands of colleges and schools and a network roads in every nook and corner of AJK.
He reiterated that Kashmiris will continue their struggle till liberation of occupied state fofrom Indian subjugation and whole state’s accession to Pakistan.
He said that time is not far when the Kashmir liberation struggle would be crowned with success.
Earlier talking to newsmen on the eve of 69th Founding Day of Azad Jammu and Kashmir government, the Prime Minister said that despite use of brutal force and state terrorism, India has miserably failed to suppress the indigenous Kashmir liberation movement.
He said that people of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir are rendering matchless sacrifices for the freedom of their motherland and government and people of Azad Kashmir is standing shoulder to shoulder with their brethren in their just cause.
The Prime Minister said that a stable, prosperous and democratic Pakistan can better plead the case of Kashmir at global level and assured Pakistani nation that people of Azad Kashmir are ready to render all kind of sacrifices for the security and integrity of Pakistan.
Saying that democratic government of Pakistan under the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is determinedly working to raise the voice of freedom loving people of Kashmir every global forum, the PM said we are confident that one day Kashmir will be liberated from Indian rule and become part of Pakistan
