Indian forces martyr three unarmed Kashmiri citizens in IoK

SRINAGAR: Indian forces martyred three unarmed Kashmiri citizens in Pulwama district of Indian occupied Kashmir on Thursday, the Kashmir Media Service reported.

The three citizens were martyred in Pulwama district’s Kaakpoora vicinity where Indian forces used explosives to destroy a house.

Abdul Hameed, Shariq Ahmed, and Irshad Ahmed lost their lives in the explosion, the KMS reported.

Earlier during the day, Indian troops martyred two Kashmiri youth in Baramulla district of Indian Occupied Kashmir on Wednesday, the Kashmir Media Service reported.

The victims, identified as Gulzar Ahmed and Basit Ahmed and said to be members of Hizbul Mujahideen, were martyred during a siege and a search operation at Pazalpora in Rafiabad area of the district by Indian forces.

Ever since the death of Burhan Wani, a top commander with Hizbul Mujahideen in July last year, Kashmiri freedom fighters have increasingly met Indian forces in armed encounters across the valley.
