Lahore: (Parliament Times)Â Â Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider has expressed his profound gratitude to President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan for supporting Pakistan on Kashmir issue in his address to the joint session of parliament.
In a statement issued in Lahore he said Erdogan’s visit to Pakistan and supporting Kashmir cause is a morale booster to the people of Occupied Kashmir who have been struggling for their right to self-determination. He said government of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was playing its proactive role for resolving Kashmir issue and highlighting the atrocities of Indian forces against people of the held valley at international level.
Meanwhile talking to media after the dinner hosted in honour of President of Turkey, he said Pakistan and Turkey have long friendly relations. He said Turkey is a Muslim country that has always supported Pakistan in difficult time.
The AJK Prime Minister Pakistan said Pakistan under the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is progressing with satisfactory pace and institutions like Pakistan Railway, Pakistan International Airline and others are now inching towards self- sufficiency. The International Institutions are rating Pakistan’s economy as one of the emerging economies of Asia. He said corruption and mismanagement has significantly decreased in mega development projects because of the transparent policies of present government.
